You're Not Buying From a Developer — You're Buying From the Owners
A small group of Americans, Canadians, and Mexicans fell in love with a quiet Gulf Coast village most people never find — white sand, coconut palms, and cenotes within walking distance, with Mérida, one of the safest, most livable cities in North America, just 45 minutes away.
We committed to Vista Esmeralda early because we believed in it. Then COVID hit, construction costs surged, and the build stalled. We faced a choice: walk away from something we loved, or step up.
We stepped up.
The ownership group — the same people who'd already chosen this as their future home — took over the project, brought in a qualified contractor, and got construction moving again. No outside investors. No corporate buyout. Just people who refused to let something beautiful stay unfinished.
Today, Vista Esmeralda is roughly 75% complete and actively under construction. Nine oceanfront units remain, including two private rooftop penthouses, from the low $300s USD — and when it's done, most of us will be living here.
So when you reach out, that's who you're talking to — not a sales team or a developer's office. The owners. Your future neighbors, based right here in Mérida.
